Begin with “Getting Started” and follow the action steps.

Didn’t get the access email?

  1. Check your Spam or Promotions folders.
  2. Search your inbox for: “Your Student Portal Access”.
  3. Wait 2–3 minutes. Email queues can take a moment.
  4. Go to the portal and click Forgot Password.
  5. Still stuck? Contact support — the email opens prefilled with your order details.
